It is the most suitable prosthesis for the physiological structure of the penis. It can be two-piece or 3-piece. It is the most preferred prosthesis among patients. The inflatable prosthesis is a device that contains liquid and is placed in the penile tissue, which provides the hardening of the penis, and can be inflated when necessary. It consists of two rod prostheses, a reservoir and a pump. Today, the inflatable prosthesis is the most commonly preferred type of prosthesis. There is no loss in the patient's sense of feeling and pleasure. Penile prosthesis does not prevent semen from coming out. The patient can make the penis into an erection at any time with a pump placed next to the ovaries.

Its advantage is that it is natural and it is not understood that it is a prosthesis from the outside. The downside is that it's expensive. Post-operative results are very natural and others do not understand that you have had surgery.
